  • Remove the fire safety mask from its plastic box and follow the instructions on the box to put it on your head properly, adjusting it so it is securely fastened.
  • Store your fire safety mask in a well ventilated place away from direct sunlight. In factories and warehouses, also keep away it from other sources of heat, flammables, explosives and corrosive It should be protected from rain & moisture with temperature range of 0c– 60c.  (don’t put it on a window ledge!)
  • Your fire safety mask must not be used where oxygen density is below 17% – you would need an oxygen respirator instead if oxygen falls below 17 %– meaning you left it too late to exit the building.
  • Your fire safety mask is designed to be used once only and must not be reused.
  • A fire safety mask with a broken vacuum storage bag must not be used.
